I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. Push Notifications & Local Notifications

In-app Purchases
When you download our Applications, they may be offered for free and content can be purchased for real money inside our games. It is possible to turn off in-apps purchases in your devices setting. If you do not want to use this feature, turn off in-app purchases in your device's settings. Refer to the device maker for more information.
By making in-game purchases you are responsible for any financial transactions and you agree that BearSoft will not be responsible for any loss, material or otherwise. We reserve the right to decline refunding requests for in-app purchases if the terms stated here in this agreement are not respected.
Payment Information
All billing and financial information is not processed by us. It is processed by third-parties like: Google and Apple. BearSoft does not store, process or share any billing information.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Applications. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
